Peoples Energy Limited is set to issue 66 lakhs ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 each, totaling Rs 66 crore, which will be underwritten by Jyoti Capital.
An agreement to this effect was signed between the two companies at Jyoti Capital’s office in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The signing was carried out by CEO Bikash Dhakal on behalf of Jyoti Capital and General Manager Janardan Aryal on behalf of Peoples Energy.
Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, currently operates as a licensed merchant banker, providing services such as securities issuance management, investment advisory, underwriting, and share registry services.
